Refunds are made only when the request is made within 3 calendar days of the purchase. The purchased product must be in sealed/wrapped/intact condition (as delivered) to be eligible for a refund. Otherwise, there will be no option for a refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Bkash or Nagad.

You will receive the refund within 05-07 working days. The refund period may vary depending on the policies of your card issuer.

Shipping Fee:

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Our Warranty Policy

Notify us within the warranty period for any inconsistency. Warranty claims will require at least 2 weeks of inspection before passing the claim.

Warranty provided from NaazExpress:

Only applicable in case of a manufacturing defect. Must notify within 7 Days. Any delay will not be acceptable. Any exception will result in no return.
